Description


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and prospects.

  • Explain company products or services clearly and effectively.

  • Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM system.

  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or conversions.

  • Conduct surveys or feedback calls when required.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
