    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to focus on lead generation and new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and nurturing leads through offline mode to help grow the company’s business pipeline.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and online/offline sources.

    • Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule meetings or demos.

    • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine lead generation campaigns.

    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and events.

      1. Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and client communications using CRM tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign outcomes.

    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
