Policy: Performance-Based Salary Payment
Purpose
Establish a clear expectation for employees to meet their
performance targets and outline the consequences of not meeting those targets.
This policy applies to all employees who are responsible for
meeting sales or performance targets.
1. Employees are expected to meet at least 25% of their
assigned targets to be eligible for their salary payment.
2. Employees who fail to meet 25% of their targets will not
receive their salary payment for that period.
Your Monthly target: Rs.5,00,000/-
Your average salary: Rs.60,000/- (Including all allowance)
(When you meet the target 100%)
Employees will receive their full salary payment only if
the overall given target is met or exceeded.
Employees who fail to meet their targets will receive a
proportionate amount of their salary based on their achievement, which may be 10%
of the target achieved.
3. Employees will be given feedback and coaching to help
them improve their performance.
4. Repeated failure to meet targets may result in
disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
1. Employees will receive their performance targets and
expectations at the beginning of each performance period.
2. Employees will be required to submit regular progress
reports to their HR.
3. HR will review employee performance and provide feedback
and coaching as needed.
4. Salary payments will be withheld for employees who fail
to meet 25% of their targets.
1. Employees who are on approved leave or are experiencing
exceptional circumstances may be exempt from this policy.
2. HR may grant exceptions to this policy in exceptional
circumstances.
